Passengers Ship
The Bureau Mauric has a long tradition of passenger ships design. We are often considered as a reference on the subject and owners trust us with different types of missions:
- either the definition of their need, through pre-projects, development, compilation of tenders, and construction supervision as part of missions to assist the ship-owner (project management assistance)
- or design, the design of their ships in the conventional naval architecture missions
Our experience addresses many types of ships:
- displacement vessels such as Bangor or Vindilis, 45 m car ferry, 500 tons, carrying freight, cars, and passengers
- HSC vessels as off shore crew boats (see Offshore), or fast boats of the CGN : the Navibus (see publications) that crosses the Leman Lake at 27 knots in total confort, a little revolution on the Lake !!
- 20 knots speed boats under the national legislation such as the 27m Corsaire
- slower low wash launches as the launches for TPM (see News)
- mixed propulsion sail and engines on catamarans such as Providence II (see News)
Our rule, given the stiff competition that exists between owners, is not to propose a series of vessels, or products on shelves just facelifted from an owner to another. Our products are unique, designed for one company and reserved for that company, under a strict code of ethics.
Besides the professionalism of our staff, our customers, local and private companies especially appreciate the design and thus the commercial attractiveness of our vessels, and their economy of diesel because they display so far the best results.
