FAST COMBAT SUPPORT VESSEL (FCSV) 540 is a 54m full aluminium vessel designed for fast troops deployment and logistic support. This design derived from MAURIC sea-proven Fast Support Vessels (FSV) operated in offshore oil and gas sector is optimized for both high speed and large payload capacity. She is able to carry up to 300 tonnes of equipment and containers on her large aft strengthened deck and her aft folding ramp allows fast self-load and unload operations to the theatre of operation. Her comfortable passenger saloon can accomodate up to 20 soldiers or special forces during transits and the helicopter landing platform allows fast air projection. This naval support vessel offers alternative cost efficient solution to navies for fast combat support thanks to its flexible, reliable and sea-proven concept.
