MAURIC Delivers 18m Fast Craft JARIC to Jacky Setton

A Unique Design Combining Performance and Luxury

JARIC is a perfect synthesis of MAURIC's expertise, combining the performance characteristics of rescue vessels and fast interceptor hulls with the refined comfort expected in a luxury yacht. This exceptional yacht is powered by a triple Mercury Verado engine configuration, delivering a total of 1,800 HP (3 x 600 HP).

The custom battery system designed by SkySat (Paul-Louis Defretiere) enables noise-free operation while at anchor, providing comfort during stationary periods. For enhanced comfort during cruising, the vessel is equipped with a gyroscopic stabilizer that significantly reduces roll motions at sea. The lightweight yet robust composite construction mixing fiberglass and carbon fiber structure provides an optimal weight-to-strength ratio, contributing to both performance and efficiency.

The vessel was co-designed with Jacky Setton, a well-known and respected owner with extensive experience in naval construction. The interior accommodations, meticulously crafted by Golfe Agencement under the direction of Anthony Lepiouff, complement the vessel's high-performance exterior with elegant, customized living spaces.

A Historic Collaboration Renewed

This delivery marks a significant historical milestone, representing a renewed collaboration between MAURIC and Jacky Setton nearly 45 years after the delivery of the sailing yacht "Pioneer," which was inspired by "Kriter VIII" and adapted with André MAURIC for fast cruising use.
